I’m a freelance digital designer and developer working across strategy, UX, design systems and implementation.
Over the past decade I’ve worked with organisations ranging from small businesses and cultural institutions to agencies and established commercial clients, helping shape websites, content systems and digital experiences that continue to evolve long after launch.
Much of my work sits between disciplines. I enjoy bringing together business goals, user needs, design thinking and technical implementation, helping clients move from ideas and requirements to practical, maintainable solutions.
As an independent consultant, I’m often involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. That might mean leading discovery workshops, presenting concepts, defining information architecture, designing interfaces, building systems or supporting ongoing development after launch.
Before moving into digital design, I worked in relationship management, experience that continues to influence how I work today. Building trust, facilitating conversations and creating long-term client partnerships are as important to me as the design and technology itself.
More recently I’ve been exploring how design systems, prototyping and AI-assisted workflows can help close the gap between design and implementation, allowing teams to test ideas earlier and create more consistent digital experiences.
I believe successful digital projects are built on strong relationships, clear communication and thoughtful systems that can grow and evolve over time.
